Preparation time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipment can vary. Check each article for more information.
Shipments in Spain are made by Correos, the shipping time is approximately 3-5 working days.
International shipments are made with UPS, the shipping time is approximately from 5 to 21 business days depending on the destination and each package can be tracked with the tracking code on the official UPS website.
Shipping prices
Free shipping for orders of €200 or more.
If the order is less than €200, the shipping prices are:
Spain – €0.
Europe – €24.20.
North America – €40.
South America – €50.
Locations not indicated above – €60.
Tariffs and customs duties
Buyers will pay any applicable customs fees and duties. I am not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

File delivery
Files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
Payment options
The current payment methods are: Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay.
Returns & Exchanges
I accept changes, returns and cancellations
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Please return the items to me within 7 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within 4 hours of purchase.
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I do not accept returns of:
- Custom Orders
- Digital Downloads
- Sale Items
Return conditions
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
